PRICES:
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).

As the business is currently at a hobby level, it is not required to pay VAT.

Therefore, a CVR number has not yet been registered.

BOOKING:
Booking takes place via e-mail or phone.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS:

TAROT SESSIONS:
For all sessions the full amount is paid upon booking. The session is only refundable in case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances where the client or I fail to show up on the scheduled time. Let me know beforehand if you can’t make it, otherwise it is considered a no-show and no refund is given.

You may reschedule your session up to 4 hours before the session starts by texting +45 5028 3938 or emailing philipaeriksen@outlook.com.

For cancellations or no-shows less than 4 hours before the session, the session is considered held.

AFTER PURCHASE:
After purchasing a session, you will receive a confirmation email or text.

If you don’t receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If you still haven’t received a confirmation, please contact me at philipaeriksen@outlook.com.

PRIVACY POLICY:
To make a purchase, you must provide your name and email address. I use your information solely to send your confirmation and any related session communication.
I never share or pass on your personal information to others.

When you purchase a session, the system automatically stores your name and email. This is a legal requirement for accounting purposes in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

RESPONSIBILITY:
I am bound by confidentiality.

Tarot sessions can never replace therapy, nor medical or legal advice but should be seen as a complementary tool.
