All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).

As the business is currently at a hobby level, it is not required to pay VAT.

Therefore, a CVR number has not yet been registered.

BOOKING:
Booking takes place via www.philipa-eriksen.com.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS:

ONLINE SESSIONS:
For online sessions, the amount is non-refundable. The full amount is paid upon booking.
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the session starts by texting +45 5028 3938 or emailing philipaeriksen@outlook.com.

For cancellations or no-shows less than 24 hours before the session, the session is considered held.

VIDEO SESSIONS:
For video sessions, the amount is non-refundable. The full amount is paid upon purchase, and a link to the video will be sent within seven days.

AFTER PURCHASE:
After purchasing a session, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached receipt.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address and ensure the email reaches your inbox. If you don’t receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

PRIVACY POLICY:
To make a purchase, you must provide your name and email address. I use your information solely to send your purchase receipt and any related session communication.
I never share or pass on your personal information to others.

When you purchase a session, the system automatically stores your name and email. This is a legal requirement for accounting purposes in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
